BOE Valuation Viewer is our Outlook addin that allows you to preview tenancy schedules in BOE, PISCES and CVL valuation file formats. And three invaluable charts showing you the rent cover, lease expiries and major tenants allow you to assess a property at a glance.
The Valuation Viewer simply adds a button onto your Outlook toolbar. Whenever you receive an email that contains a valuation file in one of the above formats, you simply press the button to activate the viewer.
